My tracking number is not working
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order is shipped. If it has been more than 24 hours and the tracking number still does not work, please contact us and we will investigate.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the United Kingdom via UPS or FedEx typically takes 3–5 business days.
